We founded Hume’s Shop with one goal: to offer safer, healthier period care that’s good for your body and kind to the planet. We believe menstrual care shouldn't come at the cost of your health—or our environment.
As women, sisters, and creators, we know that change begins with small, intentional choices. That’s why we offer thoughtfully designed, reusable menstrual products made from eco-friendly materials and, when possible, handmade with care.

Today’s progressive women have become increasingly aware that a modern lifestyle does not necessitates production of massive waste. We seek choices, solutions, and transformation. Hume’s Shop reusable menstrual care products aims to provide a choice that agrees with the lifestyle and core values of women who like to be informed about the underlying philosophy of the brands they use, and how these brands provide solutions and transformations that are better for our planet.

Women use thousands of single-use tampons and pads throughout our lives thereby creating an enormous amount of waste that may end up on the ground, in our rivers and oceans, harming our environment and wildlife. Our mission is to provide sustainable menstrual care products. We aim to reduce waste and the negative impact disposable pads and tampons have on our environment.

Our products are made in the USA. They are not imported. We use domestic raw materials when available and strive to work with small local businesses when possible. By using domestic raw materials, we support small businesses and foster local economies.
